Description

Our client, a global investment management firm with offices in NYC, is seeking an HR Administrator. The position is hybrid, and based part of the week at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. The company offers excellent benefits, including 401(k) with matching and generous PTO.

 

Job Details

  • Act as point-person for payroll, benefits, and other HR questions
  • Administer payroll in ADP
  • Manage key parts of benefits administration
  • Process onboardings, including new hire paperwork and I-9 verifications
  • Maintain confidential employee data in HRIS
  • Assist with recruiting, including interview scheduling
  • General administrative tasks as assigned
  • Salary: $80-90k annually, plus bonus
  • Excellent benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, and generous PTO

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5  years’ experience in HR Administration
  • Must have payroll and benefits experience
  • Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
  • Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, projects, and deadlines
