Our client is an industry-leading law firm based in NYC. They are seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to support the Concierge team. The position is fully on site at their headquarters in Midtown, Manhattan. The position is temporary, with an estimated assignment length of 6 months.
Job Details
- Greet visitors and provide seamless experience to VIP clients
- Act as concierge for client requests regarding general information, meals, and gifts
- Provide options for restaurants, place orders, and ensure meal delivery
- Respond to gift requests, offer options, place orders, and ensure receipt of gift
- Seamlessly liaise between clients, team members, restaurants, and retailers
- Maintain stock of and place orders for various inventories
- Train new staff members on department processes and procedures
- Pay rate: $28-30 per hour, based on experience
- Time Commitment: 6 months, full time
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in concierge, guest services, or similar position in luxury hospitality
- Personable and customer service oriented
- Deep working knowledge of NYC trendy restaurants and luxury gift ideas
- Tech savvy and familiar with front-of-house software
- Punctual, reliable, and professional, with excellent sense of follow-up
- Able to troubleshoot and think on your feet to resolve issues as they arise
