Description

Our client is one of the top education technology companies in the world, offering personalized and easy-to-learn programs for students of grades K-12. Launched in 2015, their app creates unique learning journeys through compelling, gamified and relatable content. They are seeking an Experiential Marketing Manager to manage the strategy and development of integrated experiential marketing programs designed to further build the client brand and support the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee experiential programming development including strategy, briefing/ideation, budget management, production, and measurement.
  • Responsible for experiential marketing initiatives, including events, consumer engagements and other marketing extensions.
  • Own end-to-end planning, implementation, and measurement of field events and webinars (both live and on-demand) that educate, engage and inspire our target audiences to increase awareness and drive demand, adoption, and expansion.
  • Lead and collaborate with a team of client partners including Marketing colleagues, Sales partners, Brand Creative, Comms and Legal teams to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets for designated programs.
  • Manager agency partners and freelancers to support with the production of our experiences.
  • Support with event logistics including but not limited to obtaining permits as needed, acquiring event insurance, sourcing equipment and overseeing event production.
  • Maintain current lists of preferred vendors and strategic partners.
  • Oversee all event planning estimates for project scope, schedule, and resource requirements.

Skills:

  • 5+ years experience producing events, both large and small scale - experience working on both agency and brand side a plus.
  • Experience developing event and experiential marketing programs from concept to execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up setting; comfortable and efficient in a team environment
