Our client, a prestigious Real Estate investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The position is hybrid and based 4 days at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan, with 1 day WFH. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant looking for the next step in their career at a firm that prioritizes work-life balance.

Job Details

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and keep them apprised of all commitments
  • Coordinate meeting details, including preparing materials and scheduling
  • Arrange travel and logistics
  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO
  • Prepare and submit detailed expense reports, including light accounting work
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Salary: $90-100k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
