Our client is a Real Estate industry software company that merges proven success with a startup-like culture. They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the two co-founders. They offer excellent benefits, including generous PTO and equity in the company. The position is hybrid, and based part of the week at their office in Midtown, Manhattan.

 

Job Details

· Collaborate between departments on special projects and initiatives

· Manage projects and ensure their timely completion

· Support the co-founders with all administrative needs

· Create pitch decks and presentations

· Manage the co-founders’ busy calendars

· Arrange travel and prepare expense reports

· Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality

· Event coordination and vendor management

· Salary: $120-130k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required

· 7+ years’ Executive Assistant experience at the C-level

· Creative background a major plus

· Tech savvy and confident in Google Suite

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Top-notch project management skills

· Highly responsible, with proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
