Our client, a company that manages multiple popular fitness nutrition products, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join the team. The position is hybrid, and based part of the week at their office in the Garment District of Manhattan.


Job Details

  • Manage calendar and meeting scheduling for the CEO
  • Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
  • Arrange travel and logistics
  • Answer phones, screen and route calls, and take detailed messages
  • Manage office inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors
  • Liaise with IT regarding technology and equipment
  • Manage office budget and create reports
  • Coordinate with maintenance and building management
  • Plan and coordinate office events
  • Salary: $60-70k annually, based on experience
  • Excellent benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) with 4% match


Skills and Qualifications

  • Interest in fitness and nutrition, a plus!
  • 2-3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager
  • You are a high-energy go-getter committed to “making it work!”
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
  • Dedicated to detail, with excellent communications, and organizational skills
  • Highly responsible, with proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
