Description

Our client, a blue-chip food and beverage industry titan, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two C-level executives. The role is on-site at their beautiful NYC office, and they offer excellent benefits including generous PTO!

Due to the nature of the position, only candidates with 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives will be considered.

Job Details

  • Proactively manage the executives’ calendars
  • Keep the executives informed regarding all commitments and responsibilities
  • Prepare meeting materials and generate reports
  • Monitor the executives’ inboxes, manage incoming messages, draft correspondence, and maintain up-to-date contact information in Outlook
  • Arrange travel and logistics -- both international and domestic
  • Screen incoming phone calls, route appropriately, and take messages
  • Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Provide on-call support after hours and on weekends, as needed
  • Assist with HR and general administrative tasks on occasion
  • Salary: $100-125k per year, depending on experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ Executive Assistant experience at the C-level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
  • Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communications, and organizational skills
  • Highly responsible, with proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Thrives in a fast-paced workplace, collaborates well with others, and has a positive and friendly demeanor
