Our client, an industry-leading private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and multiple executives. This role is on site at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. There is room for growth at this company, and they offer an excellent benefits package! 

Job Details  

  • Provide general administrative assistance to CEO and multiple C-level executives  
  • Manage calendars and meeting schedules in Outlook  
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in Concur  
  • Take meeting minutes and prepare meeting materials  
  • Collaborate across teams and with other Executive Assistants 
  • Manage complex travel itineraries and maintain travel documents  
  • Salary: $130-140k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree required  
  • 7-10 years’ Executive Assistant experience at the C level 
  • Must know Concur  
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook calendar management  
  • Must be flexible to provide support in “off-hours” such as nights and weekends 
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize sound judgement
