Our client is a boutique executive search firm based in NYC. They are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support a senior executive. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days on site at their beautiful Manhattan office. The firm offers excellent benefits, including generous PTO and 401(k) with matching! 

Job Details 

  • Heavy calendar management 
  • Answer phones, screen calls, and monitor email inbox 
  • Perform research and present findings to senior stakeholders 
  • Provide general administrative and data entry support 
  • Format documents and PowerPoint presentations 
  • Track projects, priorities, and requests, while ensuring timely completion 
  • Salary: $80-110k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 4-10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives 
  • Preferred experience in financial services sector or similar 
  • Eagle eye for detail, with unparalleled organizational skills 
  • Excellent research skills and ability to synthesize findings 
  • Top notch verbal and written communication skills 
  • Customer service oriented and highly professional demeanor 
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
