As the Director of Talent, Franchise you will be responsible for identifying, booking and maintaining relationships with top tier talent, athletes, entrepreneurs and celebrities across entertainment and sports culture that align to some of this company’s biggest franchises.


  • Contribute to franchise briefs by providing insights across talent within sports & culture
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute all franchise talent bookings which include all backend logistics.
  • Work closely with the Director, Talent Strategy and Talent Specialist to create talent-led strategies and solutions against identified Franchise priorities
  • Manage day to day responsibilities of the Talent Specialist to stay on top of emerging talent, creators and funnel appropriate talent insights across The SpringHill Company, brands, and creative teams
  • Serve as a POC for all talent/franchise relationships to ensure there is a consistent voice driving all talent specific decision-making across the business
  • Must be willing and available to travel both domestically and internationally when required (Post-Covid restrictions)


  • 8 - 10 years in Entertainment, Sports, Management, Strategy or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must be impeccable in building trust with talent, including having the maturity and honesty to frame business realities and needs when needed
  • A high integrity level and a passion for, and caring about, the quality of programming that airs on the network
  • Extremely goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize key business needs from a Talent perspective
