They are looking for a Director, Media Business Operations to join their team. You will be tasked with working on one of the client’s most important and valuable media client relationships.  The Media Solutions and Investment teams you will be supporting demonstrates expertise in four core areas:

  • World class ability to build client & platform relationships
  • Exceptional track record of managing and growing accounts
  • Fearless ability to tell data driven stories and extract key insights
  • Building and presenting high impact presentations to senior level clients
  • Understanding of capabilities across the digital landscape with a focus on Social, Search, Display/OLV, Site-Direct

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Media Solutions and Investment teams to complete the transition of a large enterprise client to the agency and design processes and protocols that set the stage for a prosperous multi-year relationship.
    • Pilot workflows that allow for greater transparency and accountability across key deliverables and work streams in the SOW
    • Be accountable for accuracy and timely delivery of critical financial deliverables (e.g. invoices, monthly reconciliations), including the orchestration of workflows across internal and external partners.
    • Oversee quarterly scorecard management and performance tracking to ensure team is supported and set up for success in achieving client benchmarks
    • Partner with Media Solutions team to design and scale structures and ‘ways of working’ across media teams
    • Facilitate productive collaboration across on and offshore teams to uphold quality standards across all media channels
    • Accountable for resource utilization analysis and recommendations to recalibrate resources based on client scope and needs
    • Support daily and weekly client interaction; participating in client calls and in-person meetings to handle one off requests/questions and to share critical business information.
    • Be the Internal champion for client’s goals, coordinating closely with the Media Leadership team who are responsible for implementing and delivering client performance.
  • Understand the full spectrum of services that the client offers and be able to grow client engagements in a thoughtful and consultative way.
  • Contribute to the culture by being curious, thoughtful and fearless.

WHO YOU ARE

You are not afraid to defect from the status quo in order to make our clients and company more successful.

  • BA or equivalent with emphasis on marketing, advertising, or business.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Interest or experience working on beauty/fashion/luxury/retail accounts.
  • You are seeking to make a large impact at a rapidly growing media focused startup.
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time with very high standards for your work.
  • You possess excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • You have the desire to grow as a leader and mentor to colleagues.
  • You have strong past experience in digital and social media and analytics.
