 Our client is looking for a Digital Media Manager to play an integral role in managing, strategizing, and supporting key clients and their paid social efforts. The Digital Media Manager will have experience activating campaigns with Facebook Ad Manager and have a deep understanding of the multi-channel ecosystem of paid digital media planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  •   Fully manage campaign set-up, strategy development, execution, optimization, and reporting on paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other social platforms
  • Formulate paid-social strategy for client businesses and ensuring that recommendations and decisions are consistent with client objectives
  • Make ad product recommendations as part of campaign set up and strategy
  •   Provide clients with platform recommendations and rationale, building and refining audience targets, and ongoing monitoring and optimization of campaigns across multiple lines of business
  •   Monitor social campaigns daily
  •   Manage campaign pacing and performance against benchmarks for clients
  •   Manage budgets across lines of business and track social spending 
  •   Handle invoices across social platforms
  •   Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure campaigns are properly executed 
  •   Serve as point of contact to clients for anything paid social related on reporting calls, recommendations and day-to-day collaboration
  • Analyzing and reporting relevant social media KPIs on a monthly basis for successes and opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing ad or paid media agency, developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns on social
  • Experience with technical issues such as campaign tagging, QA, and troubleshooting issues
  • Specific hands-on experience with paid social ads management across:
    • Facebook and Instagram as a priority (Facebook Ads Manager)
    • Twitter,
    • Snapchat,
    • YouTube,
    • Pinterest
  • Hands-on experience whitelisting influencers as part of paid media campaigns
