Job Details

• Direct all accounting and finance operations
• Manage invoices and cash deposits
• Process weekly payroll and monthly Certified Payroll
• Manage vendor compliance
• Perform research and prepare findings
• Provide prompt customer service related to account questions and concerns
• Salary: $150k range annually, based on experience
• Excellent benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance as well as life insurance

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred majors: Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 3+ years’ Accounting experience
• CPA certification, a plus!
• Tech savvy, with deep knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Certified Payroll
• Dedicated to details, with excellent organization skills
• Team player with strong communication skills
