Our client, a world class strategic financial services firm, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the Human Resources team. This position is hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days WFH), and based at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office.

Job Details

  • Oversee full compensation and year-end bonus review cycle and create annual reports
  • Perform regular salary benchmarking, market analyses, and budgeting
  • Present data, insights, and analysis to management in a clear manner using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Recommend and develop analysis tools, technologies, and compensation program designs
  • Implement and configure new systems to drive efficiencies
  • Salary: $150k range, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred major in Finance, Mathematics, or similar
  • 5+ years’ experience in Compensation Analytics
  • Proven ability to direct year-end compensation review cycle
  • Master of Excel and highly competent in PowerPoint
  • Deep working knowledge of Workday or similar HCM software
  • Collaborative and motivated, with excellent project management skills
