Our client, a world class strategic financial services firm, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the Human Resources team. Job Details
- Oversee full compensation and year-end bonus review cycle and create annual reports
- Perform regular salary benchmarking, market analyses, and budgeting
- Present data, insights, and analysis to management in a clear manner using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Recommend and develop analysis tools, technologies, and compensation program designs
- Implement and configure new systems to drive efficiencies
- Salary: $150k range, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred major in Finance, Mathematics, or similar
- 5+ years’ experience in Compensation Analytics
- Proven ability to direct year-end compensation review cycle
- Master of Excel and highly competent in PowerPoint
- Deep working knowledge of Workday or similar HCM software
- Collaborative and motivated, with excellent project management skills
