Our client, an internationally renowned non-profit dedicated to conserving the natural environment, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join the team on a long-term contract basis. The assignment requires a time commitment of at least one year. The position is fully remote.


Job Details

  • Perform regular salary benchmarking, market analyses, and budgeting
  • Utilize and develop analysis tools, technologies, and compensation program designs
  • Oversee full compensation and year-end review cycle and create annual reports
  • Collaborate with Human Resources team on matters of job leveling and pay equity
  • Present data, insights, and analysis to management in a clear manner using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Manage and update job description database
  • Pay rate: $60 per hour
  • Time Commitment: M-F, 9-5, for at least one year

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 3 years of experience in Compensation
  • Master of Excel and highly competent in PowerPoint
  • Precise, detail-oriented, and good with numbers
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator
  • Collaborative and motivated, with excellent project management skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Non-profit experience and interest in conservation, a plus!
