Description
Our client, an internationally renowned non-profit dedicated to conserving the natural environment, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join the team on a long-term contract basis. The assignment requires a time commitment of at least one year. The position is fully remote.
Job Details
- Perform regular salary benchmarking, market analyses, and budgeting
- Utilize and develop analysis tools, technologies, and compensation program designs
- Oversee full compensation and year-end review cycle and create annual reports
- Collaborate with Human Resources team on matters of job leveling and pay equity
- Present data, insights, and analysis to management in a clear manner using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Manage and update job description database
- Pay rate: $60 per hour
- Time Commitment: M-F, 9-5, for at least one year
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 3 years of experience in Compensation
- Master of Excel and highly competent in PowerPoint
- Precise, detail-oriented, and good with numbers
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator
- Collaborative and motivated, with excellent project management skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Non-profit experience and interest in conservation, a plus!
