Description
This company is a team of engineers, designers and product enthusiasts driven by a goal to bring authenticity back into the world of product promotion. The product started out of a research project at MIT and has evolved to the comprehensive platform it is today through hard work. This platform offers a wide set of features for both creators and brands, reducing the friction required to find and work with the brands the creators genuinely love, not just those who will send them a paycheck.
Responsible for all external communications and brand building activities such as PR, creative development, company positioning and brand messaging. They will oversee all our growth email marketing endeavors, our social media presence, hosted events and other activities that they deem necessary to the external facing image of our company.
This role will include a management component as well as well as overseeing hiring for their team. We have two full time employees that will immediately report to them:
- Head of Talent Partnerships - a senior hire who sources and meets with high level prospective talent to convince them to join the platform (IG creators with over 1m followers, major publications such as Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, agencies such as CAA, etc.).
- Customer Growth Success Lead - a junior hire who has been managing our growth pipelines
What we are looking for:
- Experience
- Senior role, from 8 - 20 years’ experience
- Experience working with content creators and/or small to mid-sized beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands.
- High level academic background, graduated from one of the premier universities or business school programs in the country
