The Business Operations Associate will be tasked with supporting some of the most important and valuable media client relationships. The role reports into the Senior Manager of Business Operations with oversight from the Group Director for all client outputs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and institute workflows that create transparency and accountability for key deliverables outlined in the SOW
- Coordinating and aiding in the accurate reporting of invoices, accruals, and monthly reconciliation that follows proper process for both internal and external teams
- Assist in client required quarterly diversity spend reporting and deliver this to the client in a timely fashion
- Support and help execute ad hoc projects
- Prepare quarterly media spend reports
- Provide critical financial information regarding any finance inputs that include media estimates, purchase orders, etc
- Manage Salesforce platform that include inputs on a regular basis
WHO YOU ARE:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience on Salesforce and MediaOcean platforms is a plus
- Strong experience in financial management
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized with strong people skills
- Ability to evaluate and communicate with clients and agency leaders
