Our client, an award-winning architectural firm responsible for many of the world’s most recognizable residences and institutions, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator. The position is hybrid, and based part of the week out of their beautiful office in Midtown Manhattan. They offer excellent benefits, including 401(k) profit sharing and commuter benefits.

Job Details

  • Provide general administrative support to the Business Development team
  • Use CRM tools to manage client data and generate reports
  • Enter business development information into database
  • Liaise with Marketing and Research teams
  • Perform lead research
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations
  • Perform architectural industry and market research
  • Assist with conference and event preparations
  • Salary: $65-70k, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred major in Business or Marketing
  • 3+ years’ Marketing or Communications experience
  • Experience with CRM such as Salesforce
  • Tech savvy, and able to learn new software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Natural networker and team player
