Our client is one of the leading privately owned ad agencies in New York City. They identify the unique needs of consumers and aid top brands to claim and leverage their voices for outsized results. Their diverse team is made up of world-class innovators in Digital, Strategy, Creative, and Media services that value creating effective marketing plans across all channels including digital and traditional media.

They are looking for Biddable Buyer to join our team. Candidate must exhibit a proven ability to plan, execute and analyze eCommerce campaigns across retail, marketplace and DTC environments, delivering ROI driving programs to exceed client business performance metrics.


  • Contribute to campaign set-up, including testing methodologies, reporting requirements, campaign construction best-practice, performance forecasting, and optimization recommendations, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency of each campaign
  • Meet and/or exceed advertiser goals through channel-specific levers, including but not limited to, audience testing, creative testing, campaign adjustments, and placement testing
  • Develop implementation of eCommerce strategies across related platforms, such as: Amazon Ads, Criteo, Quotient, Instacart, Walmart Connect, Google Shopping and social commerce
  • Demonstrates agility via multi-tasking – multiple brands, strategic development, and plan stewardship
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align targeting with performance driving messaging based on best practices and campaign objectives
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform planning and optimization for future media and content/messaging strategies

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years of professional experience within digital media with 2+ years recent directly contributing to eCommerce media campaigns
  • Demonstrated success in elevating eCommerce campaign performance through innovation, testing, and technology
  • Deep understanding of consumer marketing, demand generation, content production, and marketing/sales funnels
  • Platform familiarity with Amazon Media (search and DSP), retail sites and media networks (Criteo, Quotient, Walmart, Citrus Ads, etc) marketplace management tools/software (Quartile, Skai, Perpetua, etc) and top DTC platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento
  • Experience pulling, mining, and analyzing performance data and summarizing/communicating out findings
