Our client, a leading law firm based in NYC, is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join the team. The position is hybrid, and based part of the week at their Midtown, Manhattan office. There is room for growth at this firm, and they offer excellent benefits as well as a uniquely collaborative team culture.


Job Details

  • Provide general administrative support to the Benefits team
  • Act as point-person for employee benefits questions
  • Process monthly invoices
  • Facilitate Open Enrollment
  • Coordinate with vendors and other external contacts
  • Maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
  • Coordinate company events
  • Ensure timely completion of essential projects while balancing conflicting priorities
  • Salary: $75-85k annually, based on experience
  • Excellent benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k)


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Human Resources, with some benefits knowledge
  • Law firm experience, a plus!
  • Must have HRIS experience, UKG or UltiPro preferred
  • Tech savvy and knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communicator with excellent follow-through
  • Detail oriented, collaborative, and highly organized
