RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development of innovative A/B tests and experiments.
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover insights, inform campaign improvements, future media plans, and testing opportunities
  • Grow clients businesses by optimizing marketing campaigns across all media channels
  • Develop testing plans based on client goals to maximize both performance and learnings
  • Create and send campaign insights and reports to clients
  • Recommend actionable next steps that will improve performance and drive business results

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 - 3 years in a social and / or programmatic performance marketing role with trading experience
  • Proficiency with Met, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok or other social media platforms
  • Proficiency with emerging and leading programmatic DSPs (TTD, DV360, Yahoo, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • BONUS EXP: Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, R, Python.
