They are seeking a Specialist, Brand Partnerships, to support the Pre- and Post-Sale process end-to-end for key brand partnership accounts. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and run key client relationships. The perfect candidate will have an expertise in account management, media planning and measurement to our brand partners. The candidate will be responsible for partnering with the various internal teams to develop and execute culturally relevant creative concepts, retain client relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our clients. Success in this position requires strong consultative client management experience and a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Key Sr. Client Solutions Manager Pre & Post-Sale Lead:
    • Pre-Sale: creation and management of account proposals
      • Responsible for effectively translating, communicating, and prioritizing client requirements to teams
    • Post-Sale: oversee strategic account campaigns from sale close until end of campaign which includes pre-production, post-production and social distribution
    • Support Account Management efforts for other brands and divisions within organization as needed
  • Work with internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks and close business
  • Lead client and account team calls/meetings/presentations
  • Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners
  • Analytical skills that can translate data from paid, owned, and earned metrics into a performance measurement narrative that scales value for partners
  • Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process and client challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate positive relationships with external partners and vendors
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative ideating for experiential marketing and flawless execution with events
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced\ work environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of related account management experience with demonstrated roles of increasing responsibility
  • At least 3 years in experiential marketing and execution
  • At least 3 years’ experience in developing culturally connected content for a Media/Digital Media company or publication
  • Proven experience drafting strategic and creative proposals
  • Participate in RFP brainstorms, offering creative ideas and approaches towards client requests and needs
  • Ability to multitask and manage complex projects
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to negotiate and effectively reach resolution
  • High attention to detail and professional in dealing with high profile clients and talent
  • Proficient Keynote, Word and Excel skills
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
