Description

Our client is a fiercely independent full-service advertising, marketing, and PR firm with over 10 locations across the United States. This company has a terrific opportunity for an Assistant Media Planner/Buyer who will work closely with an integrated agency team and aid in the media strategy and planning plus media buying, implementation and analytics reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supports the media team with planning, buying, and reporting of media campaigns
  • Helps set up, manage, and execute a campaign throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Ensures proper entries into financial systems, including reconciliations
  • Pulls and interprets accounting and media reports to assist in hitting monthly payment and reconciliationgoals across all clients
  • Responsible for processing all monthly media vendor invoicing across traditional and digital tactics
  • Assist media lead with monthly client billing as needed
  • Analyzes media performance and develops of insights and recommended optimizations
  • Builds and maintains relationships with media partners
  • Participates in rate negotiation
  • Prepares campaign reporting
  • Implements tracking solutions
  • Maintain accurate, accessible, and organized documentation

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience; preferably agency experience or marketing-related internship
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, media partners and internal teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines

Salary Range: $20 – 26 per hour

*Salary differential is based on experience.
