Our client is one of the leading privately owned ad agencies in New York City. They identify the unique needs of consumers and aid top brands to claim and leverage their voices for outsized results. Their diverse team is made up of world-class innovators in Digital, Strategy, Creative, and Media services that value creating effective marketing plans across all channels including digital and traditional media. 

They are looking for an AMD Channel Innovation & Planning, who will:


  • Provide direction to team members in Investment & Execution, Biddable and Analytics as it relates to weekly spends, plan changes, and to collect necessary info to respond to various client requests
  • Lead weekly calls
  • Lead monthly digital reporting meetings
  • Ensures Biddable team fills in relevant data and helps craft actionable learnings and insights
  • Support the team in presenting the report to the brand
  • Support KWG Leadership in preparing for weekly meeting with client VP Marketing (Fridays) and monthly call with CFO
  • Develop and present overarching annual plans that are then optimized throughout the year (both PPT and excel deliverables)
  • Lead planning, buying, and reporting for any direct digital campaigns, including budget and KPI recommendation, channel and vendor selection, RFPs, proposal evaluation, tactical and measurement plan presentations, and weekly/monthly reporting
  • Manage external attribution partner, including data collection, classification, key deliverables, scenario running


  • AMD/Director level with at least 7 years of experience
  • Day-to-day client-facing role, leading cross-channel media planning across DRTV, AM/FM Radio, Digital Partnerships and Biddable Media (Display, Video, Social, Search)
