Description

Our client, a luxury real estate investment firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This position is on site and based out of their beautiful office in Downtown Manhattan. They are a tight-knit team, and offer excellent benefits, including 401(k) with matching.

Due to the nature of the position, only candidates with 2-3 years’ Administrative Assistant experience will be considered.

Job Details

  • Provide general administrative support to Property Management team
  • Draft and send correspondence to tenants
  • Monitor email inbox and reply to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls with utmost professionalism
  • Administer property facilities reservation system
  • Assist the property manager with rent collection, deposit processing, and fee assessments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant information in secure database
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Salary: $50-60k, based on experience
  • Excellent benefits include health insurance and 401(k) with matching

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years’ Administrative Assistant experience
  • Preferred background in Real Estate - Property Management
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Tech savvy, with ability to learn new software
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented and highly professional demeanor
