Description

Our client is one of the largest publicly traded real estate development companies in the United States. They are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Vice President. The position is on site and based out of their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office. Due to the nature of the position, only candidates with 5-7 years of Administrative Assistant experience in a corporate setting will be considered.

Job Details

  • Provide general administrative support for the Executive Vice President
  • Promptly respond to inquiries and fulfill requests with accuracy
  • Ensure timely completion of essential projects while balancing conflicting priorities
  • Proofread documents and review formatting
  • Maintain detailed Excel reports and Word documents
  • Communicate with internal and external contacts and vendors
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Arrange travel and logistics
  • Some calendar management and scheduling required
  • Salary: $70-80k, based on experience, plus bonus and eligibility for OT

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 year’s Administrative Assistant experience
  • Must have corporate office experience, with preferred background in Real Estate
  • Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Team player with top-notch verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
