Our client is a high-end real estate consulting firm that advises some of the most complex development projects across North America and abroad. They are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team on-site at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. They offer excellent benefits, including health insurance, generous PTO, and 401(k).

Due to the nature of the position, only candidates with 5+ years’ Administrative Assistant experience will be considered.

Job Details

  • Provide general administrative support
  • Monitor email inbox and reply to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Proofread, edit, and format documents in Microsoft Word
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in database
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls with utmost professionalism
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Salary: $75-95k, based on experience
  • Benefits include health insurance, generous PTO, and 401(k)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years’ Administrative experience in a corporate environment
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Eagle eye for detail and unparalleled organizational skills
  • Tech savvy and able to learn new software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented and highly professional demeanor
