Our clients in Real Estate, Legal, and Private Equity firms are seeking Administrative Assistants. We have multiple openings for dynamite Admins who are seeking excellent compensation, benefits, and career growth. Many positions are hybrid and based part of the week in Midtown or Downtown Manhattan, while a few opportunities are fully on site.

Due to the nature of the positions, only candidates with 3-5 years’ Administrative experience in corporate environments will be considered.

Job Details

  • Provide general administrative support
  • Monitor email inbox and reply to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Proofread, edit, and format documents in Microsoft Word
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in database
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls with utmost professionalism
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Salary: $60-85k, based on experience
  • Benefits include health insurance, generous PTO, and 401k

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years’ Administrative experience in a corporate environment
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Eagle eye for detail and unparalleled organizational skills
  • Tech savvy and able to learn new software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented and highly professional demeanor
