Our client is a prominent alternative asset management firm with offices across the country. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team in New York City and support the office of the CFO. The position is hybrid, with 3 out of 5 days in office. Job Details 

  • Provide general administrative support 
  • Manage the CFO's calendar and keep them apprised of all commitments 
  • Arrange domestic and international travel and logistics 
  • Coordinate meeting details, including preparing materials and scheduling 
  • Prepare and submit detailed expense reports, including light accounting work 
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality 
  • Salary: $75-85k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 3-4 years’ experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant in a corporate setting 
  • Financial services industry experience highly preferred 
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
