Our client is an international law firm headquartered in NYC. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. The firm offers a uniquely collaborative culture that promotes both personal and professional growth, as well as an excellent benefits package!

Job Details

  • Manage attorney calendars
  • Book appointments and arrange travel
  • Prepare correspondence and legal documents
  • Answer phones, screen calls, and monitor email inbox
  • Promptly respond to inquiries and fulfill requests with accuracy
  • Take dictation and transcribe documents
  • Review and log attorney time in timekeeping software
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Salary: $80-90k annually, based on experience

Skills & Qualifications

  • College degree required
  • 3-5 years’ Administrative experience
  • Law firm experience, highly preferred
  • Tech-savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Top-notch project management and organizational skills
  • Eagle-eyed proofreader with excellent spelling and grammar skills
