Our client is a New York based architecture firm specializing in modern commercial and residential interior spaces. They are seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to support the studio and Principal architect on an ongoing basis. The position is on site at their studio in Midtown, Manhattan, and they follow the strictest COVID-19 protocols.

 

Job Details

  • Assist Principal architect with communications and scheduling
  • Arrange travel and logistics
  • Provide impeccable customer service to clients
  • Create and update client files in database
  • Perform research and clearly present findings
  • Maintain studio, ensuring neatness and stocking supplies
  • Manage incoming and outgoing parcels
  • Pay rate: $25-29 per hour, based on experience

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years’ relevant work experience – administrative, or at an architecture firm, gallery, design firm, etc.
  • Must have an interest in art
  • Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Customer service oriented and highly professional demeanor
  • Dedicated to detail, with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communicator with excellent follow-through
