They are seeking Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative duties for the Accounting and Finance Department

 Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance and Senior Managers with administrative tasks
  • Prepare and update financial reports and documents using MS Word and Excel
  • Establish and maintain calendars and deadline reminder systems
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for monthly partner meetings
  • Screen telephone calls, accurately recording and relaying telephone messages
  • Read, sort and prioritize incoming mail
  • Observe confidentiality of client matters
  • Maintain files
  • Provide back-up assistance to Executive Director
  • Work on ad hoc projects (ie. Return to office)

  • Ability to identify urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Ability to manage time and multitask effectively and display problem solving skills by developing methods or approaches to getting the work done
  • Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure as well as adapt to new situations and changing priorities
