They are looking for an Ad Operations Lead who will be a member of a team dedicated to growth, working alongside a Product Manager, Data Scientists, a team of software engineers, and the Marketing Team with the overarching goal of supporting people who are considering utilizing the client’s services.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead key Growth team activities across web properties and 3rd party marketing platforms
  • Improve analytics, product, and marketing data infrastructure by implementing scalable systems.
  • Troubleshoot campaign tracking issues across platforms and ad tech. Proactively envision potential solutions, communicate potential solutions with PM/stakeholders, implement/QA updates, and design monitoring systems to flag any future issues.
  • Implement & QA pixels (such as Facebook Pixel) and site-tags (such as Google Tag Manager) from existing partners, while recommending most effective future marketing operations tools
  • Analyze data from CRM platforms (such as ESPs like Braze) and data warehouse

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years working in an Ad Operations role
  • Expertise within a technical marketing or advertising environment
  • Knowledge of ad technologies, including ad serving, tracking, and attribution technologies, and Ad ops experience on platforms like Google Ad Exchange using Google Display Networks
  • Demonstrated experience with 3rd Party Marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mixpanel, etc), CRM platforms (such as Braze) and technologies (ie. Facebook Pixel, Google Ads API)
  • Experience in tag and data integration QA with in-house and third-party connectors
  • Javascript experience
