Our client is an international law firm based in NYC. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 days per week at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. Job Details 

• Manage changes, imports, coding, and updates to the general ledger 
• Process expenses, reimbursements, and invoices according to company policy 
• Liaise with vendors and manage vendor relationships and invoices 
• Manage expense reporting in Chrome River 
• Update and maintain Excel sheets and databases 
• Salary range: $70-80k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting major or similar, preferred 
• 4-6 years’ experience in Accounts Payable at a law firm 
• Must have experience in Chrome River 
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel 
• Exceptional numerical and organizational skills 
• Dedicated to detail, with excellent communication skills
