In response to account growth, they are seeking a bold Account Director to lead their amazing creative work for a beloved eCommerce brand.
This Account Director will lead the client relationships and develop strategies that provide fresh approaches across all touchpoints, supervising engagements from concept development through to execution. This person must have a demonstrated track record of leading strategy-driven creative accounts and should have a deep understanding of integrated strategies.
The right person will be comfortable jumping right in and taking initiative, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, but also be a good listener, and hold themselves accountable for client success. This position has a tremendous opportunity for growth within an agency with the vision and team to create disruptive creative work.
- Drive creative and strategic success by pushing the work and strategy to its most brilliant execution. Bring your considered POV across internal development and take responsibility for pushing the work forwards – it’s never ‘someone else’s job’.
- Own the success of the businesses measured against core metrics: great work, profitability, client relationship, organic growth.
- Bring leadership across all departments internally, partnering with creative, strategy and production to create and maintain a culture of collaboration. Always seek to make the process efficient and fun
- Own the process. You are the center in ensuring core pieces of accounts run as smoothly as possible – partnering with various departments ensures your accounts are always up to date documents & information.
- Partner with the Managing Director to build the account management offering into a world class department, pro-actively bringing new ideas around ways of working to best meet the clients’ evolving needs.
- Teach, Train and Mentor Account Supervisors and Account Executives helping them to understand the business, client & strategic underpinnings.
- Participate in the culture, activities and build spirit across your team and the agency as a whole.
