Our client, a world-class financial services firm based in Midtown, Manhattan, is seeking an experienced Temporary Executive Assistant to support several senior executives. This position is fully on site. There is room for growth at this company, with the potential to go perm!

Job Details

  • Manage calendars of multiple executives
  • Collaborate seamlessly with a team of other assistants
  • Answer phones, screen calls, and monitor email inbox
  • Coordinate travel and logistics
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Research, write drafts, format, and edit correspondence and other communications
  • Prepare expense reports and other documents as needed
  • Track projects, priorities, and requests, while ensuring timely completion
  • Salary: $40-45 per hour, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years’ Executive Assistant experience
  • Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Instinctively collaborative and a quick learner
  • Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communications, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to maintain utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information
