Our client is a non-profit organization focused on community services. They are seeking an HRIS Analyst to join the team in NYC on a temporary basis. This position is hybrid and requires two or more days in-office per week. 

Job Details 

• Work extensively with ADP and Excel 
• Design and compile reports, analytics, formulas, and queries 
• Synthesize and present data trends and analysis to leadership 
• Document HRIS processes and improve systems where possible 
• Special projects related to HRIS and data analytics, as assigned 
• Pay Rate: $28-30 per hour, based on experience 

Skills and Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree required 
• 2-4 years’ experience in Human Resources 
• Must have HRIS and data analytics experience 
• Must have top-notch Excel skills, including knowledge of formulas and pivot tables 
• ADP experience, highly preferred
