Our client is a boutique financial services firm based in Jericho, Long Island. They are seeking a Broker Assistant to join the team. The position is 100% on site and the firm offers excellent benefits!

 

Job Details 

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the broker team 
  • Draft and send correspondence to clients 
  • Manage and update data and documents in database 
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents in Microsoft Word 
  • Ensure timely completion of essential projects while balancing conflicting priorities 
  • Salary range: $55-65k annually, based on experience 
  • Excellent benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k)! 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment 
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel 
  • Customer service oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Top-notch organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
