Our client is a boutique financial services firm based in Jericho, Long Island. They are seeking a Broker Assistant to join the team. The position is 100% on site and the firm offers excellent benefits!
Job Details
- Provide general administrative assistance to the broker team
- Draft and send correspondence to clients
- Manage and update data and documents in database
- Prepare, edit, and format documents in Microsoft Word
- Ensure timely completion of essential projects while balancing conflicting priorities
- Salary range: $55-65k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Customer service oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Top-notch organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
