With the growth of the engagement team, they are looking for an Account Supervisor, Digital to lead integrated marketing communications solutions for clients primarily focused on consumer and consumer health marketing. They deliver breakthrough ideas, culturally relevant programs and execute with excellence for their longstanding client partners. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in integrated communications, and proven success working on consumer brands.

They will have experience leading strategic client programming with impeccable attention to detail. The focus of this role is to lead internal agency account teams, collaborate across disciplines to deliver breakthrough integrated PR programs, and build strong client relationships.


  • Lead day-to-day operations of a digital account workstream across portfolio of accounts; serving as team lead and primary point of contact, anticipating client needs and ensuring quality control
  • Provide Strategic counsel to clients; Work closely with clients as day-to-day partner, providing quick, strategic solutions across integrated projects. Serve as QA lead for client-facing deliverables to ensure they meet strategy and best practices
  • Manage a team of support staff and cross-functional partners to execute against key projects and client priorities
  • Develop and execute against Digital including:
    • Have a strong voice in the overarching social strategy and social content creation process, with a keen eye towards making content that is both sharable and strategically linked to business goals.
      • Ensure creative content is on strategy and meets best practices
    • Support and guide team to report on community sentiment, follower growth, engagement, and campaign performance regularly
      • Craft competitive analysis, campaign wrap reports, program insights and other reports/analyses
    • Keen understanding of /ability to assist with paid campaigns to amplify content reach where needed (working with and learning from paid lead)
    • Understanding of community management best practices
  • Inter-agency project management – Communicate and collaborate with internal agency partners/department to ensure everyone is aligned on deliverables and expectations
  • Assist Account Director/Senior Leads in reporting and recap decks for programming, providing key learnings and recommendations and identifying opportunities for up-sell
  • Demonstrate practical and advanced understanding of social media and the digital landscape and how to incorporate into client programs.
  • Demonstrate understanding of integrated account management in creative environment including briefing, project management, strategy and execution
  • Contribute to the operational performance of accounts, ensuring quality work, deadline and budget adherence
  • Assist Account Director/Senior Lead to address client issues thoughtfully and efficiently manage deliverables timelines


  • 4+ years of agency experience, with a broad grasp of digital strategies across Content + Video + Web + Social + Influencer Strategy + Digital PR.
  • Excellent communication skills: persuasive, strategic, proactive, diplomatic – skilled in both written and presentation skills
  • Solutions-oriented and proactive with a strong work ethic and the ability to provide quality work to clients and teams
  • Experienced client service expert, able to converse as a strategic advisor to the leadership of a variety of brands
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, paid media (preferred, but not required) and the digital ecosystem
  • Previous experience serving as a main point of contact for clients with a proven ability to manage projects within budget, a passion for creative thinking and experience partnering with creative teams and designers.
  • Proven ability to manage large projects and small teams on one or more sizable accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate tactical assignments and accurately judge and edit work of others
  • Experience implementing brand strategy, brand campaigns, social media, digital and integrated marketing campaigns
