Our client, a boutique law firm based in NYC, is seeking an Administrative/Marketing Coordinator. This position is hybrid, with 1-2 days per week in-office. There is room for growth at this firm!

Job Details

  • Provide general administrative support
  • Enter information into CRM and generate reports
  • Manage vendor and client relationships
  • Review and improve upon copy in existing marketing materials
  • Write new copy consistent with established tone and brand
  • Manage firm blog and website; optimize firm SEO
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create marketing graphics
  • Salary: $70-80k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years’ marketing and/or administrative support experience
  • Must have CRM experience
  • Confident in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly
  • Preferred experience with social media and marketing tools such as MailChimp
  • Strong creative writer with excellent proofreading skills
  • Detail oriented, collaborative, and highly organized
