Description
Our client, a boutique law firm based in NYC, is seeking an Administrative/Marketing Coordinator. This position is hybrid, with 1-2 days per week in-office. There is room for growth at this firm!
Job Details
- Provide general administrative support
- Enter information into CRM and generate reports
- Manage vendor and client relationships
- Review and improve upon copy in existing marketing materials
- Write new copy consistent with established tone and brand
- Manage firm blog and website; optimize firm SEO
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create marketing graphics
- Salary: $70-80k annually, based on experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years’ marketing and/or administrative support experience
- Must have CRM experience
- Confident in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly
- Preferred experience with social media and marketing tools such as MailChimp
- Strong creative writer with excellent proofreading skills
- Detail oriented, collaborative, and highly organized
