They are seeking a Social Media Manager to manage the day-to-day posting, and support the overall strategy, of the company’s brand social channels. They have a strong passion for and understanding of all things entertainment - music, fashion, art, film, TV, etc - and can combine their passion and insights with brand strategy to influence opportunities that enable the company to connect and engage with audiences. The individual that excels in the role thrives in working in a fast paced, nimble environment and loves being a jack of all trades alongside a highly collaborative cross-functional team of strategists, creatives, marketers, and sales leads. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Social and work closely across several teams within the company.


  • Assist with the development of strategic social marketing plans
  • Maintain a well-detailed and organized publishing calendar
  • Support the copywriting, positioning, and publishing of daily posts promoting content across the company.
  • Bring a creative mind to brainstorming sessions to pitch new content ideas and campaigns that you will then lead from conception to execution
  • Build and grow social followings through daily community management - actively engage and respond to followers and implement tactics to encourage conversation
  • Track & analyze the performance and results of campaigns and initiatives, build social recap reports, and present key findings to executives and partners
  • Advise on cultural and social media trends, best practices, and more to inform the creative direction of our content and brands
  • Be the final QC eyes on all projects publishing to various platforms to ensure all content fits overall creative tone, look, feel, and voice for each franchise and/or branded partner requirements
  • Liaise between all major content teams to ensure content is posted at the correct times with the correct messaging points, graphics, and specs.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube for a brand or agency
  • Deep interest and knowledge in social media and the newest updates and tools for each platform (IGTV, Snap Shows, Facebook Shows, etc.)
  • Experience reacting to trends and timely moments to generate social conversation and buzz
  • Ability to tell cohesive, compelling, and entertaining stories on social media
  • Great interpersonal skills that allow constructive collaboration across multiple departments and projects
  • Flexible and adaptable in the ever-changing digital landscape, ability to work nights and weekends when needed
  • Comfortable and professional around professional athletes and celebrities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Deep understanding of sports, music, and culture
  • Ability to see the broader picture of social as it relates to the entertainment landscape
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about television and pop culture
  • Phenomenal communication skills and ability to articulate concepts
  • Ability to work against tight deadlines and flexibility to pivot on strategy and execution when necessary
  • Ability to mine and use data to develop content quickly against social trends
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop or basic graphic design skills
  • Deep understanding of sports, fashion, music, and culture
