An independent creative studio specializing in brand identity & marketing with a dedication to integrated collaboration and fully conceptualized work that defines and builds brands, is seeking a proactive Creative Strategist to develop insight-informed strategic plans in collaboration  with Creatives, Account, Strategy + Content & Production leads.

This person be leading the ideation & development of creative briefs & brand plans informed by data-driven insights. This person will utilize an astute grasp of opportunities across digital & traditional channels to lay the foundation for brand identity & creative content development across across all channels.

What you’ll do

  • Bring an advanced level of expertise in consumer marketing and a deep understanding of customer life cycles and marketing funnels to the team 
  • Facilitate and lead conceptual brainstorming 
  • Gather and interpret research & develop insights from data derived from CRM & other data sources 
  • Serve as the expert in digital, social and paid media, strategies, trends, and best practices 
  • Build, develop, and present strategies and strategic recommendations for a range of consumer initiatives 
  • Research and cascade relevant trends for a range of brands

 

Who you are

  • 4–6 years of strategy experience within a creative agency, or similar
  • Data and digital savvy 
  • Deeply immersed in consumer marketing/product/branding trends  
  • A natural storyteller with effective written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills
  • Curious; you ask questions to enhance our strategic thinking
  • Collaborative; you’re able to work collaboratively and patiently with team members to evolve ideas
  • Able to think and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experienced in working with consumer loyalty marketing/programs 
  • Strong presenter who’s comfortable with client interaction
