Laurie Price - Managing Director Laurie has been with Gainor since 1999. This is how she describes herself: "I am a walking database for creative staffing and my commitment is 24/7. I have two focuses: One is the ability to identify creative candidates and the other is cultivating relationships with my clients. I believe both experiences go hand in hand. I am a seasoned graphic artist. This attribute enables me to identify and qualify each candidate. I review each artist’s portfolio, test skills and assess their talents. Frank Dahill - Senior Account Director A natural-born networker, Frank has always had an uncanny ability for matching the best talent to the right job and decided to dedicate himself to recruiting full-time in 1997 when he joined Roz Goldfarb Associates. Now, nearly 14 years later, he brings to Gainor a wealth of experience recruiting for branding, advertising and design.

Frank places strategy, account service, project management, marketing and market research positions, from junior levels to CMOs. He has experience in a broad range of industry sectors with specific expertise in brand identity, packaging, promotions, retail, as well as fashion and luxury. His industry knowledge and creative acumen was gained working at prestigious agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather, Chiat/Day and Saatchi & Saatchi. A true New Yorker, Frank grew up in Park Slope and is a graduate of Fordham University at Lincoln Center.

Frank's reputation for honesty and integrity and for building quality relationships with his clients and candidates is the measure of his greatest asset—his humanity. He brings to each and every encounter a deep commitment to marry, at the highest professional level, talent and industry for mutual benefit and enduring excellence.

Peter Del Rio Over the 12 years that Peter Del Rio has been staffing the fashion industry, candidates and clients have come to see him as a trusted advisor and partner who respects the process and the individual. His commitment to asking the right questions and listening to both candidate and client has allowed him to identify and match the best talent to the right opportunity in the area of design, graphics, operations, production, merchandising, planning and sales.

Peter gains insight into the candidate's personal brand by conducting an experience and skills assessment as well as a portfolio analysis. These insights allow him to match the individual's objectives to the complimentary corporate culture. His unique ability to consistently locate the right candidate for the job has made him a trusted partner for many industry leaders, building lasting and committed relationships.

Margot Strunin - Managing DirectorMargot has been in the temporary service industry since 1986. She is a dedicated professional who prides herself on understanding her client’s needs and providing them with great talent. She also works diligently to understand the needs and goals of our temporary employees. She makes every effort to offer them positions at great companies, which suit their career desires.

Robin Mehl - Senior Account DirectorRobin has been in the New York staffing industry since 1984 and with Gainor since 2001. She brings to Gainor a wealth of experience and understanding of clients and candidates needs. She cultivates client relationships with all types of companies including finance, advertising, fashion and beauty, hotels, non-profit and public relations.

Angela Baade - Account CoordinatorSince Joining the staffing business in 2006, Angela has focused on building relationships with her clients and providing creative solutions to their short and long term staffing needs.
