Our client, an online educational marketplace, is searching for a Temporary Executive Assistant to support their CEO and leadership team for a 3-month maternity leave in their New York office. With over millions of resources online, this company prides itself in the support that they provide to people all over the world and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. The ideal candidate will be an organized, confident individual with exceptional problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity. They must be capable of working both individually and with a team while continuing to aid in the success of this reputable company.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Heavy calendar management
  • Manage CEO’s schedule assuring he is aware of commitments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including itineraries and agendas
  • Run errands and coordinate with outside assistants
  • Coordinate quarterly board meeting and provide support for CEO meetings
  • Ad hoc duties for other staff members as needed
  • Additional administrative support (mail, ordering of supplies, inventory management)

Executive Assistant Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years executive assistant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to handle business matters with extreme confidentiality

Pay: $26/hr
