Our client, a financial tech firm, is looking for a polished, experienced Temporary Executive Assistant to help with various needs in the office throughout the year. Assignments will include covering for the EA to the CEO, covering reception, and acting as the EA to other executives including support their CEO while the current employees are on vacations or on other projects. This is a company that is known to have a great company culture with a start-up feel. The CEO and other executives are extremely professional and kind. As an added bonus, lunch is provided twice a week!

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Complex professional calendar and schedule management
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Arrange meetings and conferences, including coordination with clients for corporate functions and dinner
  • Write and create correspondence and presentations
  • Answer and screen all incoming calls and record messages
  • Provide support to the rest of the executive team and office assistance when needed
  • Other ad hoc projects as needed

Executive Assistant Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency with Google Mail, Calendars and Microsoft Suite
  • Manage a fast-paced, rigorous workload and efficiently meet demands and deadlines
  • Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and conscious of handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Proven ability to work efficiently both independently and on a team
  • Prior experience in finance is preferred

 

Hourly Rate: $28-$32 an hour
