Description

Gainor Staffing’s client, a leading performing arts center in Manhattan, is seeking to quickly hire a temp-to-perm Executive Assistant- Scheduler for the President. Ideal candidates for this role have strong experience scheduling and love the puzzle of complex daily calendar management. Candidates also need to be a team player, as you will be working closely with several teams to vet requests and prioritize the President’s time.

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy calendar management and scheduling meetings in high volumes
  • Answer and screen phone calls and greet guests
  • Travel arrangements for the President
  • Ordering supplies
  • Manage catering and general hospitality for the office

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of heavy calendar management experience
  • Previous experience with organizing travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Proactive and able to work with little direction
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

 

Salary: up to $80,000
