In support of company and product growth, they are seeking a Support Engineer to collaborate with the Ad Operations, Engineering, and Product team as well as with clients to provide best-in-class support. The Support Engineer will work closely with both the Engineering and Product teams to improve the product and its outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and troubleshoot the workflow of a digital advertising campaign served via a third party & proprietary tools 
  • Maintain familiarity with core technologies, including user-facing and backend systems
  • Prioritize production issues and bug reports from both internal and external Operations and Account Management teams
  • Identify,define and resolve issues,  
  • Provide root-cause analyses to Product Management to ensure roadmap coverage
  • Provide engineering support to Analytical & Ops teams

Qualities we are looking for:

  • Passion and understanding of the digital advertising landscape; experience in healthcare is a plus!
  • Ability and interest in working in a best in class, fast-paced startup
  • Detail oriented and organized, with flexibility to work with diverse teams and clients
  • Strong communication skills; confident in presenting to clients with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical people


  • 2 years working with digital advertising technology, with an emphasis on DSP or Programmatic technologies within a customer-facing role. Experience in the healthcare vertical preferred
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTTP Protocol
  • Working knowledge of OpenRTB
  • Detailed/expert knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with automation via Python
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with various tools such as: Excel, Tableau, and Google Data Studio
