Our client is a growing national digital agency with the heart of an independent & scale afforded by a global sister agency. Their approach to digital media & brand engagement has been delivering award-winning digital, mobile & paid media experiences for some of the world’s leading Lifestyle, Liquor & Technology brands, enabling brand engagement with consumers & achieving brand objectives within an ever-changing digital landscape.

They are seeking a Community Manager to play a leading & client-facing role overseeing social channel management across key platforms including (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok), collaborating with integrated teams to deliver an exceptional social experience for a leading liquor portfolio. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement & develop strategic community management plans
  • Shape narratives across a range of brand goals
  • Maintain social content calendar; develop timelines, create/distribute post content, manage deadlines
  • Monitor social channels & respond to consumers to help drive positive engagement
  • Work with an integrated creative team to create branded content for communities. Review user generated comments & posts utilizing social media management tools 
  • Respond to comments to foster a positive community & enhance the user experience
  • Enforce the Social Media Guidelines as defined by the brand. Escalate User Generated Content, where appropriate
  • Draft POVs, provide client education, prepare industry research & trend
  • Utilize social analytics tools like Facebook Insights, Simply Measured & others to generate insights
  • Summarize insights & conversations to create actionable, client-facing reports that lead to optimization

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+  years social media experience
  • Proven ability to leverage social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram,TikTok.)
  • Excellent writing skills. Writing samples required as part of the interview process
  • Organized, accurate, attention to detail
  • Familiarity with web & social media analytics (Sysomos, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.)
