Our client is an international reinsurer company with more than 20 offices worldwide. They have grown into a world leading company by coupling a global perspective with local support.  They are currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Benefits and Payroll Analyst.  The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Human Resource experience and will be extremely dependable.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll with ADP Workforce Now
  • Manage HR Benefit employee communication, preparation, distribution, and intranet site
  • Use data analytics to identify payroll/benefit glitches and implement solutions
  • Provide employee benefit support and manage benefit related initiatives
  • Report on Adhoc HR
  • Partake in recruitment initiatives and new hire orientation
  • Manage wellness program activity/coordinator
  • Guarantee all Payroll/Benefits transactions are completed accurately
  • Provide administrative and back up support as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related fields
  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding Interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to be flexible and deal with frequent change

Salary: $80K-$95K+15% bonus
