Our client, an Investment Advisory firm, is seeking an experienced support professional to be their new Senior Executive Assistant. This person will be the right hand to an extremely dynamic high level Executive who not only is a powerhouse within the firm but a philanthropist in their personal life. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and have the ability to foresee, handle, and solve any problems or conflicts independently. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure all aspects of the Executive’s life are running efficiently and prospering, especially when it comes to scheduling.

Senior Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Heavy strategic calendar management with multiple changes daily - ensuring that business and personal matters are aligned and every piece of material is prepped for meetings
  • Heavy management including prioritizing and maintaining interests, activities, scheduling and relationships internally and externally
  • Write and prepare materials such as presentations, speeches, and meetings
  • Collaborate with other teams within the firm along with Personal Assistant, to ensure all details of life are attended to
  • Supervise projects by conducting and initiating large and small tasks
  • Oversee assistants to ensure calendar and inbox are being handled appropriately
  • Take part in complex calendar management
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings and events including the completion of guest lists and invitations

Senior Executive Assistant Requirements:

  • 8+ years’ experience supporting a C-level Executive
  • Excellent proven writing abilities
  • Have foresight and ability to visualize both the small and big picture
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Independent worker with critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build trusting relationships

Salary: $100-125K
